APRA will provide shuttle bus service from the Grand Hyatt Denver and Brown Palace Hotel to the Hyatt Regency Denver, APRA's headquarters hotel, at the following times.

Wednesday, August 20, Morning Schedule

• From Grand Hyatt to Hyatt Regency — Departs Grand Hyatt every 30 minutes between 7:00am and 10:00am. Grand Hyatt pick-up location: side entrance between 17th and 18th streets on Welton.
• From The Brown Palace to Hyatt Regency — Departs every 30 minutes beginning at 7:10am with the last pick up at 9:40am. Brown Palace pick-up location: entrance on Tremont between 17th and 18th streets.

Wednesday, August 20, Afternoon Schedule

• From Hyatt Regency to Grand Hyatt and The Brown Palace— Departs every 30 minutes beginning at 3:30pm with the last pick up at 8:00pm. Hyatt Regency pick-up location: main lobby.

New This Year — Airport Shuttle Service!

Registration for the airport round-trip shuttle bus is now closed.
APRA will provide shuttle bus transportation between the Denver International Airport and APRA-designated conference hotels*. The shuttle will operate Tuesday, August 19 and Wednesday, August 20 between 10:00am and 8:00pm. Return transportation will be available Saturday, August 23 between 8:00am and 6:00pm. Buses from and to the airport leave at the top of every hour.

Arrival Instructions
When shuttle service customers arrive at the Denver International Airport, they will be greeted at the top of the escalators (across from the fountain) once they exit the train into the main terminal. Look for a meeter-greeter in a green polo shirt holding a sign that says APRA.

Individuals who have signed up for shuttle service in advance using the conference registration form will be escorted to baggage carousels, then to the loading area located at door 510 on the west side of the airport. Confirmed shuttle service customers who have difficulty finding the meeter-greeter should contact Gracy Morgan at (303) 345-5070.

Departure Instructions
Return shuttle service on Saturday, August 23 will run only between the Hyatt Regency Denver and the Denver International Aiport. The APRA airport shuttle will not make pick-ups at any other Denver hotels. Please plan to depart for the airport from the Hyatt Regency Denver. Additional information will be available in the daily conference newsletter and at the conference information booth. 

Note: Denver does not offer public transportation between the airport and downtown Denver; one-way cab fare costs approximately $50.
*Shuttle will stop at the Hyatt Regency Denver at Colorado Convention Center, Grand Hyatt Denver and Brown Palace Hotel
