Management and Leadership Seminar

This full-day program features distinguished consultants and senior practitioners who will guide you through an interactive program designed to help you achieve your greatest potential through effective leadership development, team management and strategic, big
picture thinking. 

This intensive seminar is designed for anyone who manages programs, processes and/or staff and will focus exclusively on proven management practices, proactive and positive leadership models and practical real-world advice on how to build and lead teams to excellence.
