On Campus Lodging:
Penn Conference Services will be this year’s facilitator for the handling of room reservations at Harnwell College House for on-campus lodging. The fee for on-campus lodging is $195 for 3 nights - Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday nights (June 22 to June 24).

Housing registration through Penn Conference Services will end 3 days prior to the start of the MARC Conference.
All conference participants will be housed in Harnwell College House in air‐conditioned shared suites with a private bedroom, shared kitchen and living area, and semi‐private baths. The residence hall is a short walk along Locust Walk (an inner campus walkway) to Houston Hall, the building where MARC will have its pre-conference workshops and conference sessions.
Harnwell College House is open 24/7 and offers immediate check-in at any time of your arrival at the front desk of this residence hall. Upon check in at the Front Desk of Harnwell College House, you will receive your key, and a temporary PENN identification card.
In the resident hall, bed linens and a pillow, towels, a washcloth and soap will be provided. You might want to bring your own bath towel (if you expect thick and fluffy), an alarm clock (none in the rooms), hangars, or a small reading lamp. The on-campus rooms are spacious but sparsely furnished, so bring along any comforts of home you find indispensable.

Directions to Harnwell College House
Travel West on Walnut Street to 39th Street. There are meters on both sides of the street and you may sign out a cart at the front desk of the building should you need to unload your vehicle. Walk South on 39th Street and make a right on to Locust Walk (there will be a red sculpture on the right.) Harnwell College House will be on your left.
Vehicles can be parked in either Lot 30 (on the Corner of 38th and Walnut) or Lot 40 (on the corner of 40th and Walnut). Parking averages $25.00 per day.
Please note that cars cannot pull up in front of Harnwell College House unless otherwise noted and should unload at 39th and Walnut Streets.

Checking In
To check in and receive your keys and ID card go to the Information Center located in the lobby of Harnwell College House.
SHORT TERM STAYS (2 weeks or less): Guest will receive a packet containing an envelope with keys and a temporary ID. Upon arrival they must sign a conference sign-in sheet to verify their occupancy at any point during their stay. The conference sign-in sheet will act as reference anytime the participant needs a lock-out key
In order to access the residence hall you must swipe your ID card and enter the pin number given to you at check in. If at any time you should forget your pin see the desk attendant at the Information Center.
Checking Out
To check out return your keys and temporary ID (if you have one) to the front desk. You will be asked to sign the data card/conference sign in sheet you signed at check in.
IMPORTANT: ALL KEYS MUST BE RETURNED AT MOVE-OUT. If a room key is not returned there will be a $160.00 charge for a core change
