Board position: President
Michael Quevli began his career in prospect research in 1996 at AIDS Project Los Angeles. He was at the Keck School of Medicine of USC for seven years and was responsible for overseeing the Development Research team before joining Kintera P!N (now Target Analytics, a Blackbaud Company) in 2005.
Quevli was the membership chair for two terms with the California Advancement Researchers Association, where during his tenure membership increased from 165 to 300. He has served on the board of the LaurelGrove Theatre and has been a consultant to various nonprofits in Southern California. Quevli served three consecutive terms on the Stephens College Alumnae Board. He has been a frequent speaker for APRA and APRA chapters, and was an instructor at the College of Extended Learning at Cal State Northridge in prospect research and prospect management. Quevli is a recipient of the 2004 CARA Service Award and the 2007 Stephens College Alumnae Service Award.

Elizabeth Dollhopf-Brown brings expertise in leading research, relationship management and analytics teams strategically partnered with campaign and development colleagues to maximize fundraising effectiveness.
She has over 10 years of development experience and has served as the Senior Director of Research and Prospect Management at the University of Rochester since July 2008. Prior to her current position, she was the Director of Prospect Analysis and Research at Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Before she was drawn to research and relationship management, her passion was for annual giving, where she headed the Marquette Fund and was an Assistant Director of the Annual Fund at DePauw University. She is a graduate of Susquehanna University and received her MBA from Marquette.
A frequent speaker, she currently serves as the Chair of APRA’s Education and Professional Development committee and was the 2010 APRA Conference Chair.

Board Position: Treasurer
Karen Isble has led prospect management and coordination, research and performance reporting for the University of Michigan’s fundraising programs since joining the organization in 2006. Her team recently expanded to include analytics, and she also serves in a leadership role on the University’s development software implementation team. Karen has served in a number of roles over her 16-year career, including Administrative Director for the Chamber Music Society of Detroit and Director of Research for the Chicago Symphony Orchestra.
A new member of the APRA Governance Committee, Karen previously served as a board member and communications director for APRA Michigan from 2007-2009, and is a former vice president of APRA’s Illinois chapter. She has presented at conferences for APRA, CASE V, APRA-Illinois, AFP-West Michigan, and has given presentations across the University of Michigan campuses for development staff, University leadership, deans and faculty. Karen holds a master’s degree from the University of Michigan and a bachelor’s degree from Harvard University.

Deborah Reinhardt Youmans is Director for Advancement Research at Le Moyne College, where she also teaches a freshman elective, Philanthropic Perspectives: Generational Differences. On a pro bono basis, she serves as an independent consultant for small nonprofit agencies in the Central New York area. Before joining Le Moyne, she helped develop the Newspapers in Education Program at the Syracuse Newspapers and worked at a United Way affiliate. She is an APRA board member and serves on the Education/Professional Development, Nominations and Ethics committees. She is a member of the National Association for Fund Raising Professionals, Central New York Association for Fund Raising Professionals, National Committee on Planned Giving, and the Planned Giving Council of Upstate New York.
Reinhardt Youmans has been a presenter at numerous national, regional and local conferences for APRA, AFP, MARC, NEDRA and CASE, where she earned the faculty star rating. She has served as President of APRA-Upstate New York, board member for the New England Development Research Association, APRA 2008 Conference Curriculum Committee, MARC 2007 Conference Chair, NEDRA 2006 Co-Conference Chair, MARC 2006 Marketing Chair and APRA 2005 Research Fundamentals Track Chair. She holds an MBA from Le Moyne College and bachelor’s degrees in business administration and psychology from Columbia College.

Board position: Immediate Past President
A former front-line fundraiser, Robert Scott found his calling in advancement services 18 years ago. For the last five years, Scott has worked at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where he has led and managed systems and processes comprising the information infrastructure for resource development and institutional fundraising efforts. As a member of the senior development staff, he helps develop, communicate and evaluate institutional fundraising goals and priorities. Having worked in the field, he brings a particular perspective on the needs of field staff and volunteers to all of his projects. Previously, as Director of Programming and Systems, he was responsible for fundraising database systems.
A leader within professional advancement organizations, Scott is a SunGard HE Product Advisory Group at-large member, is on APRA’s Curriculum Committee and in 2006 was co-chair of APRA’s Prospect Identification conference track. An accomplished presenter, Scott has been a facilitator, panelist and a presenter at research conferences, user groups and meetings across the country. Actively working to share knowledge among researchers, he founded and moderates prospect-dmm, an electronic discussion list on prospect data mining and modeling.
