APRA is pleased to honor the accomplishments of significant contributors to the prospect development community and announce the recipients of its 2015 awards, including the prestigious visionary award. Including APRA Awards recognize members' accomplishments in the field, volunteer service, and mentorship of others. Winners are peer nominated and chosen by a committee of APRA members.

The 2015 winners are:

  • APRA Visionary Award: Josh Birkholz, Principal, Bentz Whaley Flessner
  • APRA Distinguished Service Award: Mark DeFilippis, Director of Prospect Development, The Nature Conservancy
  • APRA Professional of the Year Award: Margaret J. Williams, Director of Prospect Research, University of South Dakota Foundation
  • APRA Foundation Margaret Fuhry Grant: Lindsay O'Donohue, Director of Prospect Development and Donor Relations, Kalamazoo College
  • APRA Scholarship: Julie Wright, Research Coordinator, Pérez Art Museum Miami
