How do you move beyond the customer service model and become a true partner with your frontline fundraisers? At the OHSU Foundation, we’ve implemented weekly “roundtables” where gift officers and RPM come together to discuss prospect strategy and timely prospect management topics. These weekly meetings provide a consistent and dynamic venue to address strategy and pipeline needs in a timely manner. Co-presented by the Director of Special and Major Gifts and the Assistant Director of Research and Prospect Management, we’ll discuss how these meetings have allowed research to become a valued voice, not just a handy resource.
