Description:

Developing effective reports to support your prospect management program can be a challenging task. By using elements of behavioral economics to inform your report requirements, we will discuss elements of reports that support "good" behavior that offer insight for development staff and drive successful outcomes. Through examples of portfolio reports, new leads, moves management, proposal pipelines, and trip planning reports, attendees will learn strategies to streamline the ease with which development can gain vision into their own activity, progress and potential, freeing up prospect development staff's time.
