Description:

This session will share the story of three dashboards - taking attendees through the original conception to the final actionable tools. Presenters will cover the creation and implementation processes of individual, campaign, and strategic dashboards across fundraising departments at the University at Buffalo. Specific focus will be given to the rollout process, training, and leadership buy-in necessary to promote a data-driven fundraising shop. Presenters will also be sharing some of their lessons learned that can be applied when implementing this type of tool within an attendee’s organization.

This presentation will focus on the concepts, design, and implementation of the dashboards rather than the technical construction.
