In an effort to assist development officers with portfolio management and maintenance, the University of Colorado’s Prospect Management and Research team implemented a bi-annual portfolio review program. This presentation will go through the process itself and tools utilized, how it was implemented, where the program is today, and where it is likely to go. This presentation will be both from the perspective of the Prospect Management team and also from the development officer perspective, as a front-line development officer will co-present.
