Description:

In late 2016 Cleveland Clinic Philanthropy institute integrated teams for prospect research, prospect management, systems, and analytics. We had to quickly develop a strategy to move from reactive processes to proactive processes. This involved: developing a comprehensive strategy by using objectives and key results, training team members with new skills, strategic lead generation, developing a tracking system for lead generation, and creating metrics for the team.
