During this session, presenters will cover the gamet of strategy sessions; including creating structure, executing sessions, and establishing accountability. Presenters will also provide best practices for gaining buy-in from leadership and the wider gift officer community. The session will include guest speakers from the University of Michigan major gift officer community, who will provide first hand accounts of learnings and successes. Attendees will leave the session with the tools to be better strategic partners in their respective organizations.
