Learning Objective #1: Attendees will recognize the difference between managing a donor’s relationship with the organization and managing a donor’s movement toward a specific major gift.
Learning Objective #2: Attendees will be able to evaluate their own prospect management program goals against this new understanding and make changes as appropriate.
