The presenters are three founding members of a dedicated Prospect Management Liaison team at UC San Diego. As “pioneers” of this program, we faced our share of challenges getting it off the ground! This session focuses on how to run a successful, recurring prospect management and portfolio review meeting, including strategies for moving pipeline and helping drive prospecting and prospect assignment.
