All organizations share a need to track and drive engagement regardless of mission--yet only the largest organizations seem to have a comprehensive strategic approach.

This session will review how shops of any size, and any mission, can effectively track and promote engagement of their constituent through smart programming, appropriate analytics, and direct response listening. From alumni to grateful patients to season ticket holders--we will share techniques and outcomes that all non profits can share in to drive the best insight and action into transformational engagement strategies.
