In prospect development circles, we spend a lot of time analyzing development officer behaviors so that we can determine the habits and characteristics that lead to optimal performance. What if we turned this kind of analysis inward? This session will present the results of a prospect development peer survey designed to uncover the characteristics of a “highly effective” prospect development practitioner. The survey will be designed to assess the behaviors and approaches that lead to strong relationships with organizational partners.
