Attendees will gain insight into the process of revamping and revitalizing a dormant prospect development department at a leading liberal arts college. Core competencies will include information management and research in a campaign as well as project management. In addition, valuable information about how to speak to your leadership about effective prospect development strategies and processes will be discussed.
