They are goal driven, strategic and understand the value of relationships but often their approach to a project or challenge can be quite different. This presentation will help bridge the gap in communication between the gift officer and the researcher. Do you ask yourself why do they need that? Why are they asking for some much? Do your Gift Officers seem frustrated? Have they stopped asking for help? This presentation is a discussion on how to build partnerships for success with your fundraisers and can provide some helpful tools to take back to your shop.
