To work together successfully, these two crucial groups need to understand each other’s roles, develop shared goals and leverage the obvious (and not so obvious) synergies that exist between them. When communication between Prospect Management and Prospect Research begins to break down, the consequences can have a tangible effect on the bottom-line. Drawing on real-world examples, this session will explore how to make this marriage of equals work and how to build a high-performing team.
