Sometimes we are presented with complex organizational problems that could be solved in a variety of ways. However, presenting those different scenarios to decision makers can be a challenge. This presentation will demonstrate how to create a “Scenario Builder” in Excel to present multiple solutions to a problem and to explore scenarios on the fly. The presenters will detail when to use a scenario builder, how to build it, and share examples where this method has worked at Johns Hopkins.
