Attendees will learn how new business opportunities can be revealed and internal operations can be shaped through an organization’s work to execute a process to set a fiscal year fundraising goal. Learn how engaging team members in the process including Development, Annual Giving, Development Communications, Gift Planning, Corporate and Foundation Relations, Principle Gifts, Reporting and Prospect Information Management helps bring transparency to the organization’s work and empower each in their respective areas of responsibility. Presenter will discuss the relative success of the process, highlight specific examples of changes the organization implemented within the first five years the process was executed and provide a look ahead at the plan for evolving it to further advance the organization and its mission. Attendees will gain perspective they may employ in establishing or refining their annual organizational goal setting process.
