Welcome to our workshop! In this interactive session, take a deep dive with us into private companies, walking through high-level concepts (S Corp or C Corp? Why does it matter?) to the nittty gritty of estimating private company value, using a few choose-your-own adventure case studies. We will explore how this unique asset affects prospect strategies and working with gift officers on aspirational and realistic approaches. Attendees will learn where to find reliable information, what it means, how to use it, and how to best present the results.
