More and more, we are finding ourselves perpetually in a campaign. If we aren’t currently in a campaign, we’re planning for one. Campaigns are also getting longer, providing an added layer of complexity in maintaining momentum and continued donor engagement. Join us for an in-depth workshop that will detail the prospect management essentials during a campaign. Through interactive discussions and group work, we’ll cover a number of topics including, but not limited to, building a gift table, setting up meaningful metrics, working with key stakeholders, and tracking progress against key performance indicators.
