Description:

From making the case for additional resources to championing the role of data in organizational decision making, sometimes advocating for prospect development takes as much effort as doing the work! Join us as we explore how the Advocacy Toolkit can help you learn how to advocate more effectively. We'll talk about how to evaluate problems and develop advocacy action plans. You'll hear from a panel of seasoned leaders on how they faced advocacy challenges and, finally, you'll get the chance to brainstorm with peers on how to tackle your own advocacy obstacles.
