Like many nonprofits, Cleveland Clinic was asked to do more with less. They had 45 frontline fundraisers, a campaign goal of $2B, and a database containing 3 million people. The only option they had was to automate many of their processes. Cleveland Clinic was successfully able to automate repetitive tasks in prospect management, prospect research, systems, and analytics. These automated processes have saved Cleveland Clinic many thousands of hours by streamlining processes. This automation has freed up time for the team to focus on higher quality work that has resulted in increased fundraising.
