Description:

In this presentation I will provide an overview of how UC San Diego approached, analyzed, organized and implemented a large-scale portfolio review and realignment. The process will include elements related to a custom portfolio assessment tool, thought process behind our ranked prospect list and how we worked with fundraisers to successfully execute and reach our desired result - optimal prospects assigned and stronger portfolios.
