Presenters will discuss the early days and logistics of integrating Prospect Analytics, Research, and Management into a cohesive and collaborative team. From there, they will cover the opportunities and challenges they faced along the way, the structural adjustments they needed to make, and the successes they've been able to achieve as a result. Attendees will have an opportunity to hear first-hand what the presenters have learned along the way, and ask how their shop could benefit from a similar Prospect Development Strategy.
