UC San Diego had a grateful patient program built on direct marketing program, in 2015 we transformed into a physician driven program which required retooling: our current feed, process, policies, technical requirements and reports. Over a eight month period see how we went from 1.0 to 2.0 into full integrated patient data, reporting and pools.
