This session will provide an in-depth review of tools and techniques for effective meeting leadership, based on an understanding of how people work together well (or not!) in group settings. Conducted in a roundtable format, the session will provide opportunities for some hands-on practice in managing common challenges and getting to successful outcomes.

Prerequisites: Some prior experience in meeting design and leadership is helpful, but not required. Attendees must be willing to participate with enthusiasm in roundtable discussions!
