Fundraisers are critical to obtaining first-hand prospect information pertinent to capacity, interests, and philanthropy, but they're not usually data entry specialists. In this session, attendees will learn how the OSU Foundation developed a custom web application to collect contact reports and streamline data entry for development staff. The process is innovative, creating efficiency and ensuring quality. Learn how this custom tool reduced auditing hours, enhanced our reporting environment, and enhanced development partnerships.
