Description:

This session will walk step-by-step through an annual higher-ed goal setting process and provide best practices on how to set meaningful goals at the unit and gift officer level. This session will then discuss how to continue the conversation with officers, unit leaders, and fundraising intelligence staff throughout the year. Topics discussed will include: criteria for setting goals, developing strategies to reach goals in partnership with units, and driving activity through actionable reporting and analysis.
