Imagine a world where a gift officer’s metrics are no longer manually calculated using Excel and countless hours of your time. Imagine those metrics delivered in a variety of graphs that can be easily shared with staff and accessed anywhere. This presentation will demonstrate how the Carnegie Museums of Pittsburgh utilized business intelligence software to create automated, dynamic reporting to track performance metrics and moves management in order to make informed relationship management decisions with leadership and frontline gift officers.
