A lesson in evaluating grateful patient donors throughout the prospect pipeline utilizing analytics. Increasing revenue and understanding constituencies through HIPAA, revenue and screening data will be explained. The use of unique metrics including: physician partners, events and healthcare marketing will allow participants to fully develop their grateful patient programs in prospect development.
