The boundaries we create are an important indicator of the value that we as individuals and the organization place on our time and the work we are tasked with achieving. In this session, we will discuss the development and implementation of a Research Menu, a detailed description of thirty common proactive projects offered to our frontline partners, as well as a cultural shift toward proactive research, allowing us to better achieve our philanthropic goals. We’ll discuss how by using the Research Menu we were able to better plan our proactive work, clearly outline expectations, and provide next steps for fundraiser recipients of research.
