112: Who’s the Boss?: Large Shop Management

Track: Partnerships, Leadership and Change Management

Session Number: 112
Date: Wed, Jul 26th, 2017
Time: 1:30 PM - 4:30 PM

Description:

For those managers of teams of five or more, you may better relate to laid-back Tony Micelli or high-strung Angela Bower, or a little bit of both, managing a household, an advertising firm or a Prospect Research/Management team takes finesse. As the theme song states: “There’s a path you take and a path not taken. The choice is up to you my friend.” Come join your friends, bring your questions, and let’s connect on issues ranging from recruitment, change management, keeping teams motivated and any other topics of interest. The goal of this round table discussion is to explore the successful outcomes, and lessons learned, from the paths taken by your peers so that you can determine how to best forge your own path.
