What do The Simpsons, Microsoft Windows 2.0, Robocop and Apra have in common? They all got their start in 1987 and have continued to reinvent themselves throughout the past 30 years in response to societal and industry trends. As we celebrate Apra's 30th anniversary, we will look at the evolution of our industry over the last three decades. A lot had changed since the early days of doing research without the internet, which seems nearly impossible today. Now we watch our colleagues integrate research, prospect management, campaigns and data analytics seemlessly. And looking forward, the opportunity for innovation is endless when we consider things like intuitive computing, blockchains, and who knows, maybe even robots.
