This session will explore the current fundraising regulation and data protection changes that are happening in the UK, and the potential impact this will have on fundraising institutions going forward. We will look at how these changes came about, the guidance that has been issued by UK regulatory bodies and how the non-profit and fundraising sectors are responding to these changes.
