413: One Step Beyond Pipeline Reporting

Track: Relationship Management

Session Number: 413
Date: Sat, Jul 29th, 2017
Time: 9:30 AM - 10:15 AM

Description:

A member of the Prospect Development Team attended APRA in 2013 and 2015 and engaged in sessions on relationship management and portfolio reviews. At Save the Children UK we had been doing a lot of work on our pipeline reporting, making sure they aligned with the fundraising team's objectives and could be used as a tool to manage fundraiser performance. The session at APRA took the work we had been doing one step further and enabled us to create a new dynamic way to manage our fundraisers portfolios. We will share with you the journey that we've been on - what we implemented, share our reports, unpick the challenges we faced and how we dealt with them, and what's next for our pipeline/portfolio review process, including the move to use pipeline data as part of our divisional KPIs.
