Direct volunteers and act as a local host for the conference. Answer questions about activities to do in the city, suggest places to eat & coordinate sign-ups for any planned activities. Don’t worry! You will have lots of city resources at your fingertips and are not expected to be local experts.
Registration volunteers serve with Apra Staff at the registration kiosks to check in already registered attendees. This includes assisting attendees to print badges and handing out badge materials and conference bags.
Room Monitors check in attendees at the door for Pre-conference Workshops, DAS and NRS to ensure attendees entering are registered. If not, monitors show them where to go to add a pre-conference workshop/NRS/DAS to their registration.
