A strong Prospect Development team will always look for ways to inspire their major gift officers to perform better. Providing rich feedback about best practices informed by data and experience allows for a dialog around which behaviors lead to better outcomes. The UW Prospect Development team embarked on a project to analyze data from hundreds of fundraisers over a five-year period to provide accurate, targeted feedback on the behaviors of top performers at the UW. They will share their three separate analyses (one predictive, two descriptive) and some results.
