On May 25th, 2018, EU and non-EU organizations are expected to be fully compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). However, as of the fall of 2017, there are many open questions about the role of prospect research and the new data protection regulation. In this seminar, Adrian Salmon, Kat Banakis, and Elisa Shoenberger will discuss the new regulations and its impact on fundraising. The seminar will also include discussion of new regulations/decisions made by ICO in the UK and the impact on prospect research and other aspects of fundraising.

Acceptance of the panel is tentative based on whether our UK colleague Adrian Salmon can attend since he will be a great asset to our talk.
