The Strategic Management track assists individuals in strengthening their leadership, problem-solving, communication and management skills as well as those that relate to program management, staff supervision, and organizational development. Additionally, program offerings in this track are intended to strengthen relationships with internal and external organizational partners, and provide examples of successful partnerships across fundraising organizations. - Professionals seeking to maximize partnerships between prospect development and other non-profit disciplines (I.E. Gift Planning, Annual Giving, Communications, Donor Services, etc.)
- Professionals who are currently serving in a leadership or management role as well as those who are seeking increased responsibility and career advancement.
