As reports are build and metrics are shared, it is imperative to ensure that the data being shared with stakeholders is accurate and timely. In order to address this requirement, Texas Development has created and deployed a number of reports that audit prospect, data and analytics management. In this presentation, we will share some key audit reports and the business considerations behind them. We will also discuss lessons learned, stakeholder adoption and processes implemented as follow up.
