Description:

In this presentation, the Director of Prospect Development and Sr. Director of Development for Regional Programs, will discuss how they co-chaired a task force to focus on pipeline development during the quiet phase of a campaign. Membership was made up from across the organization: prospect management, gift officers, annual giving, donor relations and alumni relations, to analyze gaps in qualifying prospects and to identify new prospects. Attendees will learn how the task force was structured, ideas for identifying new prospects and implementation of new processes.
