In preparation for campaign, the LSUF Advancement Services staff was set to triple in size in just over three years. This was in a market with a very small pool of qualified prospect development staff. To accomplish this, former world ranked World of Warcraft player Adrian Owen took a creative approach to recruiting and retaining talent. In this session you will learn how they evaluated potential staff, and leveraged tools like StrengthsFinder to keep existing staff engaged, to build a strong prospect development team that is now thriving.
