Collaboration is a key aspect to a successful shop and projecting campaign or yearly goals. Working directly with Gift Officers and taking a proactive approach to forecasting their current pools can lead to better moves management as well as creating a pipeline for the fiscal year. Establishing these approaches under the guide work of a Prospect Management Policy can strengthen the importance of your Research and Prospect Management team as well as create a framework that utilizes best practices and allows for an effective and efficient shop.
