Description:

Prospect researchers are often asked to expand their offerings to include a new deliverable or update an existing template. However, it is often the case that the requestor doesn’t have a clear idea about what he or she wants as an end product. How does a research team decide what to include or how to develop this new offering? This presentation will discuss Cleveland Clinic’s process of identifying changing research needs and introducing new products to development professionals. The presentation will also provide information on updating existing templates.
