Description:

Many of us work in a culture where our front line fundraisers have very specific, measurable metrics as a part of their performance requirements but that is not as common in the Research shops. Learn how one shop defined relevant metrics that support the fundraiser goals, are tracked in CRM, reported on dashboards, incorporated into performance appraisals and now are incorporated into our Division-wide Incentive Program. Also, hear about pros and cons and lessons learned along the way.
