What are the essential pieces and parts to building a Campaign in organizations with unique goals, structures and/or no history of conventional fundraising campaigns? This session will discuss the challenges of Campaigns in the non-higher education environment, and how prospect development practitioners can create a framework for success whatever the campaign path. Attendees will learn what basic questions need to be answered, and what parts need to be in place in order to execute a Campaign of any size and scope.
