If you manage a team, chances are you will face needing to hire a new team member at some point in your career. Making a bad hire can be costly in monetary terms as well as morale. In this session, I will discuss strategic job postings that can help attract candidates with the research and prospect management skills you need. In addition, attendees will take away interview techniques which can help gain insights into an applicant’s understanding of prospect development work and their ability to think creatively.
