The value of diversity and inclusion efforts have been increasingly emphasized in the philanthropic community. How have these conversations impacted your organization’s hiring and prospecting efforts? Join a panel of experts as we discuss diversity and inclusion in Prospect Development. We'll also share tactics to minimize bias in the hiring process and emphasize diversity in prospecting efforts, especially for board members and other high-level volunteer roles.
